Rhodolite Garnet
Basic Information
The name Rhodolite comes from the Greek word “rhodon”, meaning rose. Garnets are generally thought to have magical powers of protection and date back to Egyptian and Roman times. It has been said that even Noah used a garnet lantern to safely steer in ark in the dark thunderous nights.
Locations Found
Rhodolite Garnets are mainly found in Brazil, India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and some parts of the USA.
